This is a minimal install running off a CompactFlash card, so I actually
don't have the apport-collect command. I can provide any telemetry that

(Note that I've encountered this same error previously with a stock
install, so the bug is clearly independent of the minima

archive.canonical.com.
I've been able to properly upgrade since once the connection was
reliable again.

Hey Scott!
Thanks for getting back to us. We're filling the UIFe since we froze our
repos yesterday, so we have time to properly QA what we ´ be releasing
to Ubuntu.
So, the fix for this bug will not make it in time for the UI freeze,
thus we already started the exception request process.
