reproducible, if as a first thing after reboot you open chromium and start

I was lucky enough to have the touchpad detected once on booting up the
computer. Right away I checked 'mouse settings' and found the touchpad
tab; there, I unchecked "disable while typing". After this I have
booted into ubuntu twice without the problem. Hopefully that will be

I have a port replicator for the laptop. With the laptop asleep, I put

I disagree. I have heard numerous complaints from other users of Ubuntu
on the range that displays the resize cursor. It needs to be larger so
that people don't have to bullseye the ~3 pixel range it trigger
