consumption on my Lenonvo Thinkpad 410s.

Hi papukaija,
during this time I'm often using Lyx. The problem is much larger. The
program crashes often especially when the working window is left on
standby. When you log on again to the window is no longer able to run
any command. Just save the file and close. Nothing more.

This is similar to the landscape "wall" bug. The problem is in the
sscanf() calls in the twoline2rv() function in sgp4io.cpp, as sscanf()
is affected by the current numeric locale.

nova-objectstore's logrotate script uses 'dpkg-vendor' to try determine
how to restart nova-objectstore. This requires 'dpkg-dev' to be
installed which is not desirable.
The script really should use /etc/lsb-release.
Current logrotate script (/etc/logrotate.d/nova-objectstor
