alt+rightclick to resize windows.
So there appears a hotkey conflict because both GNOME Panel and Compiz try to

I can still reproduce this issue. It happens every time I boot the PC.
The problem does NOT occur with the same monitor and a different PC
using 11.10, but that PC has a VGA connector on the motherboard.
The fault occurs on a PC which has a DVI-I connector when driving a
monitor with a D-SUB conne

This bug is almost certainly in libgdk-3.so.0.200.0. I have installed
the repository http://ppa.launchpad.net/ricotz/testing/ubuntu (Gnome
Shell) and upgraded to libgtk-3-0 version 3.3.5+git20111207.807a449f-
0ubuntu1~11.10~ricotz0, and the bug seems to be fixed there.

My password has an '@' in it (as one of the last characters). When I
login into Ubuntu 11.10 (64-bits), the screen flashes when I reach the
'@' during entering the password. The first characters of the password
go alright, but as soon as I press '@', the screen flashes an
