Yes, Roman, that's partially correct: a https proxy (443) is required like in
most company networks.
However, I think that the captcha problem does not depend on proxy support
because some Ubuntu 11.10 installations are affected , directly connected to
internet (no proxy).

In at least Firefox and Chromium, the Flash Player Settings box that
pops up if one right-clicks and selects "Settings...", or if a site
requests access to more storage or the webcam, is unresponsive. The
only way to dismiss it - and thus regain access to the flash object - i

gconftool-2 has no effect. The change must be done with dconf-editor (part of
dconf-tools) to show or hide the text entry location bar by default. The key is
in org.gnome.nautilus.preference . This is reproducible on a fresh Oneiric
install.
