To add another example. I also experience hardlocks with my Sandybridge
T420. Keyboard input and mouse input is unresponsive, all applications
stop updating.
This problem happens seemingly randomly, though it appears to happen
more immediately after resuming from suspend. A hardlock ALWAYS occurs
I no longer have the XT2 but tested on a Latitude13 and found it
unblanks the screen on resume from hibernate in Precise.
Sarvatt suggests this is fixed in general now.
Given there are no dupes, no one affected, nor any comments from anyone
but myself, I'm going to assume there is no further inte
Oh I should note that previously I was relying on the menu and power
daemon to perform hibernate, but these options seem to no longer be
available in Precise, so I tested by calling sudo pm-hibernate directly.

I never put "xen_platform_pci=1( or 0)" in Lucid HVM python profile.
Just used usual HVM-profile. It works for me and via virt-install as well.

I have tried to installed in my computer but I have had many problems with some
libraries and I do not know how to resolve them.
I think that the problem is that I have ubuntu 11.10, the last one, and perhaps
is too new.
When I try to install kxstitch, it needs kdelibs4c2a

If it isn't too much trouble, could you comment upstream and attach your haze
log files? Hopefully your logs will be of more help in determining the problem.
I'll mark this as confirmed again on the Ubuntu side of things, as it
appears to be a valid issue that is not due to user error.
