original report indicates that you see the problem when toshiba_acpi
isn't loaded, so it can't be to blame.
I can't pinpoint the exact cause of the AML execution error, but it
seems very likely that the cause is some bug in the AML
nutznboltz, typically we require somebody who wasn't the developer
uploading the fix to verify it (Serge did the fix). However, with
maverick in its sunset (< 6 months of life left) I think we should
accept the fact the the surrounding releases, lucid and natty worked
fine with the same fix.

image may have been corrupted at the time of install, did you happen to check
the integrity of the .iso file and the CD before installing? I

...and a relevant portion of /var/log/syslog - note that Network Manager
showed that Networking was enabled, but Wireless was not, so I clicked

Thanks. Sounds like a Lubuntu or LXDE problem then, rather than being

but If i boot up and Wifi is enabled the lightdm will crash and return

comes with various mem leak fixes and improved stability.
