fwts: logging with --log-format="%date" has month off-by-one err
The actual deadlock is fixed, although I still end up with a completely
blank screen when I undock my laptop. However, it's recoverable by
pressing the Fn+F7 key again, so I suspect it's not related to this and
is another symptom of my laptop faking this keypress when I undock it.

If I toggle the screen reader on & off again (System Settings->Universal
Access->Screen Reader), it stops crashing. If I enable the

I can confirm this. I am *not* using focus follows mouse. Steps to
reproduce (not 100%, it seems to come and go):
* Start Firefox on desktop 1, make sure unity launcher is visible
* Ctrl+alt+right to desktop 2
* Start Qt Creator
* Maximize window or move it so that it makes the launcher auto-hide

Ubuntu 11.10 at release level USB stick install on IBM Thinkpad T40 got "we're
sorry, installer crashed.
Last message on progress bar was "Configuring apt"
T40 running Ocelot Alpha, Beta, etc. just fine as well as Narwhal and Lynx LTS.
