Hi,
when I choose a regular ubuntu session on that particular machine (where
I'm testing oneiric), I do get a session with a running nautilus only,
but no windows manager/unity. I get unity only if choosing Ubuntu-2D.

seems to be system's default behaviour, and so leads to this bogus

I updated to Ubuntu 11.10 Beta 1, and I can no longer enable gedit
plugins written in Python. When I go to "Edit > Preferences > Plugins"
and I try to enable such a plugin, the checkbox is greyed out. Here's
the output on a terminal when I try to enable Snippets:
