Nautilus is not intended to handle such kind of behaviour (opening a
file from the command line) at all (look at the code in src/nautilus-
window-manager-views.c/.h). The proper file handling is done by 'gnome-
open'.
Anyway, if you believe this is a nautilus bug just open a new
changing it to a different server worked for me!
