So I've scanned a bunch of machines and some have P_LVL2_LAT and
P_LVL3_LAT defined as non supporting C2/C3 and the DSDT does not contain
a _CST.Some newer CPUs such a Sandybridge are configured like this
and the Intel idle driver figures out the number of C states from the
CPU id rath
This is actually just because the shipped extension doesn't include the
xpt typelibs, because of a file permission problem in the build. That's
a trivial fix, and we also need to make sure that is fatal in the
future.
Anyway, milestoning for beta 1, we definitely want this

I am having the same issue on my Dell Latitude E6320 and 2.6.38-11-generic
kernel, and it is very reliable now. Every time I want to reboot, the screen

hi, thank you for answering me, yes, with opensource waking-up from
suspend-to-ram works but...the power consumption is near twice higher
than with fglrx, the power in games is... how Can I say it... it is
quite sad. Some of them are slower, some even refuses to run. With fglrx
the situation is bad
A fix for bug #820111 has been uploaded to natty-proposed (in upload
queue now), so marking this as verification-needed again.
