I was mistaken, I'm only seeing this problem on maverick. FWIW running
lucid or natty on domU moves the first hd to /dev/xvda and iscsi works
just fine.
Also if I boot my maverick domU via HVM-boot-policy="BIOS order" instead
of pygrub, the first hd still goes to /dev/sda - but iscsi initiator

finish scrolling by I am dumped at a TTY login prompt. Can log in, but no GUI,
am stuck in terminal. This machine has 1 GB of ram and a 7 GB hard drive. It

Seeing the same problem here with 280.13. Appears to be an infinite loop
in _nv012tls () from /usr/lib/nvidia-current/tls/libnvidia-tls.so.280.13
when exiting.

How about we find a nice new way of doing this so that we are unique and
present something new.
For ex: Hovering on the icon brings the window to the top temporarily?
Or maybe making/making obvious a way to show all the windows at the same time
to pick the right one?

I have this problem as well on Natty x64 using Ubuntu Classic with no
effects on a Dell XPS 410. It has happened with Firefox, Thunderbird,
Terminal, Libreoffice, Evince, and Nautilus,. I have an Nvidia card
Gah. NEW IDEA:
how about only showing the unity launcher on the screen that the mouse is on?
And have it fade in/out on transition?
It just seems like a simpler solution than cloning the panel for each
screen, or extending it.

One scan line is missing in the center of the screen on my system. This
occurred when I upgraded to 11.04. I was able to work around this by adding
the 3D option:
System, Administration, Additional Drivers,and selected the experimental
support for nvidia 3G cards.
