Maybe I have found how to reproduce it constantly.
It happens when I log in "Ubuntu" session (instead of Ubuntu-2D) in a system
without 3D extension so the system automatically fallback to unity-2d.
When I try to close this session there is a long delay, if instead I log
directly in Ubuntu-2D the

I found a workaround for this bug:
Installed the package 2d-desktop-settings, then in System Settings > 2D-Dekstop
Settings I marked the Auto Hide option. The bug disappeared (so far, I
installed this package on 2011-07-23, so I think it really fixed this bug but I
have no proof).

nvidia-current and by that building new modules fixed the problem. Well

had "unupdated" indicators. I still have problems with network manager

Well that's good news. I was never going to propose the change that
reintroduced this bug. And with Andrea reporting it's "gone away", that
means the fix has a 100% success rate.
Still, if another better fix can be found in libdbusmenu or elsewhere,

I originally installed 10.04.1 which got upgraded to 10.04.2 through the
update manager. Was working in 10.04.2 for at least 2 months before
upgrading to 10.04.3. Then upon recompilation of the boost library by

Same problem on a Samsung Q35. Both flags (InitallyPowered and
RememberPowered) within /etc/bluetooth/main.conf seem to be ignored.
So, I have to manually disable bluetooth on every startup! In my eyes,
this (two years old!) bug deserves a high priority, since the system-up-
time of any bluetooth-
And again. This time the first apticron process seems to spawn a
"kworker" just hanging there.
