I had a similar situation after the 11.04 update. But starting nautilus
from terminal as root (gksudo nautilus...) I found these messages:

I was also affected by the SNA activation. Same config for me: 11.04 64bit +
xorg-edgers ppa + 2.6.39-3 kernel.
I wouldn't say the system was unresponsive but that the display wasn't properly
refreshed. ie. typing something in the terminal wasn't slow, it was waiting for
me to click on another

Do you have the setting "Preferences > Advanced > Only download attachments
when opened (IMAP only)" unset? I remember having similar error messages when

1.) Open Dash
2.) Press my laptops Fn + Esc combination which maps to Suspend (I had tried
with closing the lid but I think that maps to hibernate now). Noticed that it

Actually, it's worse. It's back to completely unusable external monitor. If I
boot with it plugged in, I get multicolor flashing screen / unusable. If I plug
it in after logging, the screen goes black and useless. If I unplug it to
recover, I get a black responseless screen with an arrow cursor

I do not have an encrypted hard disk, and I am running on a desktop (no

Hello Daniel,
When i put "autospawn = no" in config file (~/.pulse/client.conf) the sound
works fine.
I'll let this configuration like this for while. But something has to be done
about it.
