Fully up to date on BIOS and natty-updates but it still hangs.
But I have vastly narrowed it down. If I disable WLAN in the bios, the
stock kernel boots fine. Then, when I try to re-enable it (via Fn+F2)
the system freezes.
So the wireless drivers seem to be at fault.

Installing the patch does nothing for me, either, with regard to paper size.
Of course, as well as paper size we sometimes want to change paper type and
resolution as well, and these options are no longer changeable with the Brother
drivers.

Interesting. In xfce an application starter for "bleachbit as root" will
only be installed if the 'menu' package is installed. I suspect one of
the 'menu' triggers is responsible. Since the packages provided by
upstream contain a dependency on 'menu', both starters are available.

Evolution shows wro
That's pretty strange. I wonder what adding it manually does differently
than letting our installation script do it for you. Can you attach the
cups.conf for both cases (give them a different name e.g.
install_cups.conf and manual_cups.conf) so that we can compare the
