Yes. Probably the healthiest solution would be to not have dead zones at
all, but have the pointer enter another desktop whenever it leaves the
present one, but that might require big rewrites in the multiple monitor
handling code (I don't know how would it go with switching to different
resolution

Unfortunately, I am not able to test my changes in different environments, but
it works at least at Ubuntu 10.04 x86.
Also, I found a script with tests inside libcap2 sources and all of them are
passed.

ok, just tried 0.4.0, it doesnt die on fork anymore, but sadly doesnt start on

gives me a working login manager and login works though.

I've upgraded my kernel to 2.6.39 and installed Catalyst 11.6 but the
drivers didn't work. I found this post:

With today's daily-live (20110617, with ubiquity 2.7.9), this bug is
revealed to be even more interesting. In summary, it appears that this
occurs when ubiquity-dm has not run.
Unlike previous daily-lives for a while, 20110617 has a ubiquity-dm
(graphical Try/Install and language selector

You had been (so far) unable to reproduce this bug. Given the above
information, if you have not done so already, I recommend trying to produce it
after manually selecting your language and "Try Ubuntu without installing" (or
the equivalent menu item).

I think that a positive formulation of the sentence would be best. It
should name only those who are accountable, not parties that are not. If
Canonical or MOTUs are not involved, don't name them. People might skip
over the little word 'not'.

What's going on with this?
I'm affected and I think that because nm is crashing I'm getting 2 logouts
every day! It is very annoying...
I'm using libc-bin 2.13-0ubuntu13 and networkmanager 0.8.4 on ubuntu
11.04, kernel 2.6.38-10.
