x64 setup uses FAT32 alone. I don't know whether this FAT32 requirement

This is an old bug. I have since moved on to 11.04 on most machines.
The only issue I get associated with updates on all machines is
language. I delete Eng-US and use Eng-GB and ITALIAN-IT. I find most
updates fail... Otherwise it seems to work.

work. Tried to create an adressbook in Evolution, and setting it as

to make this work out of the box in Oneiric we however have to find
out why it does not work with the rt2800usb driver. rt2870sta has been
deleted from the staging directory in kernel 3.0 and will not ship
with Oneiri

The problem I am experiencing is that dkms build logs are empty.
I know why oss4 fails to build and found two reasons for it to fail, and
since the build command is printed it is possible to run it outside of
dkms and see the errors.
Still they are not in the dkms log which is then useless.

driver. That's probably why the HDMI output doesn't work. Take a look at the

I can confirm that 3.8.16-0ubuntu1 solves the problem here with my AMD
card with the open driver.

I tried to get unity 3.8.16 from natty-proposed but it does not show up,
so I got it from the ubuntu-desktop ppa. The indicators on the left in
the dual monitor setup seem to be working perfectly. Cheers! one bug
less.
