Clean install of 11.04 and import of photos folder containing over

Makes using Unity on notebooks with 1Gb of RAM very difficult. Seeing as

The problem is in 10.10 Netbook edition which I'm not sure if it is
considered Unity or not. The new Unity minimal scrollbars are not
present. I generally do not use Unity. I've also observed the problem

I think this is a problem in network-manager. It occured in both kde and
unity since update to natty.

Thank you for your report. I can confirm this bug. The upstream bug
report suggests that the screen should pan, rather than the scrollbars
should be shown, however the problem is the same.
