This is because twitter/facebook does not like to be called again and
again. This low refresh interval is a load on twitter and facebook's
traffic and at some point they block the respective software traffic.
This quota is not user based its application based so I am marking this
bug as wontfix.

screen -c tmp-screenrc -D -m
This segfaults every time because layout saving attempts to access a tty
and with using "-d -m" or "-D -m" screen starts detached and does not

i believe this could be a driver issue independent of Unity. Could you
try to assign the left super key to some other function and see if it
