It has been difficult for me to reproduce reliably. I had thought it may
be dependent on which DE I was using (Unity, classic, or classic w/o
effects) but in repeated testing that appears not to be the case.

Sorry I forgot to tell in which exact licence the hunspell is, it is licenced
under the EUPL V.1.1 .
I also now added the deb present on the link. But it tells me if I install it
without the source, that the package is of bad quality, but it works.
