Binary package hint: unity
Just updated to Beta 2. I went to listen to some music, and the "Listen
to Music" Icon is the totem icon (the directors board) and clicking on
it launches totem instead of banshee. This was working as expected prior
to the update to B2.

Binary package hint: unity
Hey
alt-f2 doesn't work for me anymore; I have unity 3.8.8-0ubuntu1 and
trying to run either scripts of mine, or just "xterm" or even explicitly
"/usr/bin/xterm" fails.
looking at .xsession-errors I see this when typing alt-f2:
(:16540): dee-CRIT
I get the notification of the crash on every login at least 3 times. It
sometimes locks up randomly, the graphics stop updating and the mouse
still moves. It is a fresh install of natty. I did not experience
lockups in maverick

Could you try this package and confirm that it fixes the problem and
doesn't introduce any new ones?
I've tested it locally and it seemed good.

mfmj, thanks. It looks like 165 packages were ugpraded on the 12th, and
I will assume one of those packages are what brought this regression.
Excluding packages which have little to do with graphics leaves this
list of suspects:
