Sorry, my fault, i think the error comes not from upgrade but from package amaya
I'm on Natty Narwhal and on update terminal i get the folowing:

I have the same problem but with Thunderbird localization: I have a double icon
after I had installed thunderbird-locale-it when I launch Thunderbird, if I
remove thunderbird-locale-it I don't have the new item in unity bar when I
launch the program.
I s the same bug?
