I have the same issue (ubuntu Maverick with fluxbox).
The error box appears only when I access to my home folder directly,

Steps to reporoduce
1. Open some documents (presentations, docs, spreadsheet)
2. Open some CSV file, save it still as CSV, edit in some way
3. Work work work with your documents until libreoffice crashes (this step
might require longer time)

Tomboy crashes when I do click on the "Preferences" option from the menu. Just,
it closes to itself.
I have Ubuntu 10.10 in my computer.
Is there an easy way to solve that?
