I am also able to easily reproduce this bug. press F11 in chrome, press
key. I guess the dash takes the keyboard focus but is not
visible. This is like a system hang as nothing works unless you again
press the super key.

informs the keyboard choice: it's often the combination of language and
country, or even just the country. Selecting by language only may be an

This is effecting me as well. I've the same SB700/800 chipset but with 2
1TB Hitachi drives (I don't have the model to hand). They don't cause
the issue all the time. Running an apt update/upgrade caused it
momentarily but logging into KDE causes it to almost block the drive for
good minute.

The patched gnome-gmail still has two problems which you may want to
address here. When enabled, the file browser does not have an 'email'
choice in the "Send To..." transport options, and there remains a
"Configure Email..." entry in a top menu, which launches Evolution. Both
behaviors are new.

like a lightweight tool window that floats on top of the main window

install kubuntu, on the page where you have to select the keyboard variant (see
screenshot) click on the land combo and press any key (like "g") as shortcut.
As you can see in the screenshot the names are not correctly shown (encoding
problem?)

* 100 (when I select this, it reverts to HIZ)
