Thank you for your bug report. When you say "it wont let me write
anything": do you mean that you don't see what you are typing? This is
the standard behaviour for entering passwords in a terminal, i.e. you do
not get any visual feedback (not like in most forms where you see
something like "**"
Oh, I could report hundreds of this tiny bugs in KDE that would make it MUCH
smoother.
If only any of them would be responded to as fast ad to this one...

I'm new to this, but i ran into the issue of getting a failed error
message when trying to create a usb start up. However i do not know or
understand what was meant by "usb-creator.log with it's location" or
"~/.cache/usb-creator.log" I just want to be able to take what i have
set up on my laptop
Or use the backported Lucid packages which might (but that is just a
guess on my part) be more tested than the Natty ones.

i can confirm this issue in natty.
when grouping is activated (set to "always"), there's a dropdown-list of the
respective windows, but clicking an item in the list doesn't bring the window
forward, instead nothing happens.

After another gdm crash and then another crash after rebooting, the
screen flickered like it was about to crash, but it didn't. In the
kern.log I get this error:

I have to start nmbd manually for full network share (load and
