This appears to be fixed in

this via web-svn.
The patch should get pulled via a new upstream tar.gz or by taking this
patch only from svn (via normal SVN access).

I just wanted to add another work-around if you find yourself with a
hung sshfs mount.
I had one, did a forced, lazy unmount, but a number of processes were
still blocked (terminals, gvim, nautilus). The solution was to kill -9
the sshfs process (which was still running). This immediately un-froze

that one a couple times with no results. Thank you though for pointing
me somewhere other than the help.ubuntu sound problems page that seems

desired effect is that, when I turned it on and pulseaudio automatically
recognizes it as an input/output option, it switches to it so that I

I had an user with gnome too with desktop effects deactivated and same problem.
I have activated compiz on desktop (effects) and the the problem is disappear.
Now youtube all right and no more red.
