Binary package hint: compiz
Sometimes compiz starts with no windows decorations (see screenshot), sometimes
the windows are decorated.
If I disable/enable decorations in the settings manager the decorations appear.
This was working with Maverick.

I had your initial errors on Asus u33jc, too.
I followed your instructions and it improved behavior, but finally the system
won't suspend completely. It stalls with ubuntu splash screen. After that I had
to hard reset. :-(

It would be nice to update to this version

I believe this is the issue I am also experimenting. My problem seems very
close to the following bug:
http://www.mail-archive.com/samba@lists.samba.org/msg103373.html
I can access my VM fine using its name (ie \\samba-2) but get prompted
for username and password if I try one of its netbios alia
I faced a similar problem, on ONE of two identical machines (4x2TB Hardware
Raid 6 (using dedicated interface) with 4 AMD 6174 CPUs - 48 cores). Got it
working by following the instructions in "Grub2 recovery" in here:
http://www.dedoimedo.com/computers/grub-2.html#mozTocId842078
Had to modify so
I second that. Please fix this in the lucid (10.4.1 LTS) branch!

Further to #17: I've switched off the debug in autofs and set 'DEBUG
most' in /etc/davfs2/davfs2.conf .
it seems to be not able to connect/find the server. With a windows
machine or lftp I never experience any delay and with davfs it is nearly
always there at the first attempt.
