I don't see any information missing. In fact, it's quite obvious. Just try to
install Ubuntu and set up a password protected wireless network. Then, after
installation, you have to set it up again. If there is anything unclear, please
state what is missing.

The test failures that I saw were caused by running the build step as
root. I didn't think sbuild did that, but apparently it does. When I
build inside a clean chroot as non-root the build seems to work fine.
I will file the merge proposal then and also do the glibc change.

I'm running Ubuntu 10.10. I tried to do the steps in post #27 but I was
unable to compile the deb files. Even after downloading the requested
dependencies for gnome pilot and then the dependencies for evolution, I
still get an error message. In my last two attemps I got the following

The current upstream (also present in Natty) works as-is on Lucid, as

I don't think this problem is related to big-endianness. I just had it
on a x86 system that was upgraded from feisty -> hardy -> lucid. In my
case the fix was simple: apt-get install seahorse-plugins. For whatever
reason that dependency doesn't seem to be pulled in when you upgrade.

I have just found the reason why it took so much time... There was a dvd
