Issue still persist in Ubuntu Maverick 10.10 with Audacious 2.4.0. I
investigate a bit (with "eyed3" ID3 command-line utility) and find out
that problem affect only mp3s with ID3 tag version 1.0, 1.1 and 2.2.

The laptop model is MS2239.
I don't know how I would find out the touchpad model. There is no information
an any of the log files.
I already went through all the suggestions at

~/.local/share/tomboy/Backup, and are easy to restore (just quick
Tomboy, move the .note file into parent directory, and restart Tomboy).

I tried the dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg and gdm. No change.
If I rename the xorg.conf file it looks a bit different (some garbage on
the top of the screen flashes momentarily). The :0.log file in
/var/log/gdm shows X is now using the nv driver instead of nvidia... But
still same bla
I tested the new package (1:0.4.13-4ubuntu0.1) against both reported
bugs (bug #434054 and bug #539008) using the test cases listed there. No
regressions or other problems detected.
