keyboard doesn't work
The problem seems to be kernel related. This remote works (again)
perfectly on kernel version 2.6.32-24 (MythBuntu 10.04 and 10.10), and
fails to work if 2.6.35 variants (10.10, current version) of kernel are
used.

This is not harddisk related. I unplugged near everything in my
computer, the "clack" sound still occurs. Seems this comes from the
internal speaker. It occurs before anything is displayed on screen. I
remark suspend works well (with the live USB and 10.04) only when this
sound does not occur at st
