No I haven't how is that done? And this is a well docvumented problem of
Seagate and Maxtor driuve that powert down to save energy and this

attaching an erlang script to try, it should fail with the old packaged
erlang and work with the new one (except for a warning about a
certificate that cannot be parsed)
it can be run thus:

I just launched the system, opened Empathy and opened some contact. Tried to
change layot about 100 times, no result. Then i've opened chromium and changed

While this is fixed, you may want to try my solution: go to the Configuration
Editor and check the options
/desktop/gnome/interface/can_change_accels
/apps/nautilus/preferences/enable_delete
Now you can change the key accelerator for any menu entry in Gnome and
you have a *real* delete menu entry
