* debian/cups.preinst: Go back to using lsb-release, since dpkg-vendor is
not installed by default (it's in dpkg-dev). Bump the version guard to
this version, to reattempt the migration

Ok, the solution is the following, as crazy at it may sound. I have to
plug in and turn on the external display while the laptop is showing the
bios options. If I plug it later, or before switching it on, it won't be
detected!

It does look like another videocard driver bug, and we've already marked
it Invalid in the Mixxx bug tracker.
