I used to be able to do alt+a with Weechat to see the rooms I had
activities in and that stopped working. I have to use Esc+a instead. It
used to work just fine. I have Maverick with the latest updates as of

Serge, I am not an upstart expert and highly recommend you get Scott to
check this. While it seems sane I think we'd need to test 'airplane
mode' for people trying to do work on their laptops and the network
isn't up (though I would think the 'network-manager' bit should cover

This issue looks like some race conditions inside upstart, because if i reboot
machine several times it starts properly
