I have the same problem on AMD Lucid Lynx. As described across the posts
above, I did:
sudo apt-get remove pgadmin3
sudo apt-get build-dep pgadmin3
sudo apt-get --compile source pgadmin3

That brought it back, including old server settings.

Are you running thunderbird from within KDE without thunderbird-gnome-
support installed? Thunderbird has no KDE integration, but it should
probably still open x-www-browser (which most likely isn't your default
browser anyway).

Thanks for the reply. For me first place to search needed button is
toolbar. Second place is main menu. Third place is bottom in window.
This convention is used in many other programs. Conclusion: all main
buttons must be placed in toolbar.

If i use UNnetbootin to create bootable usb stick i get the error:
