Before I tried the Maverick ISO I figured I'd try the Lucid CD (the
machine had been installed via PXE). With SATA disabled in the BIOS,

Finally! The solution for #2 is to do:
partman/alignment=cylinder
After this bootparam (in pxelinux.cfg/default), mdadm did the right
thing and the system booted just fine.

To solve my problem, I have to erase all my local banshee config files:
.config/banshee-1
.gconf/apps/banshee-1
.cache/banshee-1
.cache/media-art
Then:
apt-get remove --purge banschee
and
apt-get install banshee
banshee-extension-liveradio
banshee-community-exte
Well, after a lot of days (and 4 format), I've my own Lucid tuned and
completely upgraded; more, I've finally find "the bug" by myself: my "wrong"
was to tried to have not Evolution and any related lib as my mail client: IT'S

The problem actually is a more general problem with php 5.3 (As reported
below), and I therefore recommend to update php 5.3.1 to at least php
5.3.2, where the problem is solved, and maybe raise the importance of
the bug a bit ;
