Ubuntu One 1.0.3 on Karmic has the applet and not the Ubuntu One Preferences
Panel. Lucid replaced the Ubuntu One applet with the Ubuntu One Preferences.
Its been awhile since I have seen the dialogue in Karmic but I think that is
correct.
