In root a/c volume is by default set to minimum , in fact changing
volume from volume applet wont affect PC volume also...Mute All

I did a regular update, in which ONE OF THE PACKAGES could not be downloaded
(opera browser).
All the other packages were installed successfully.
After this I get the following message from Synaptic and from apt-get:
