Also got the problem here. I thought it to be Bug #432631, but this
description fits better.

this bug and #432631 is the culprits in breaking apt through a proxy in 10.

2. launch NetBeans as usual
3. Wait that the NetBeans GUI is fully loaded: make sure you wait pass
the startup splashscreen i.e. that the menus are there and clickable

I can confirm that software-center has a huge memory leak. Each time you
click on "Provided by Ubuntu" it will consume additional 25 MB of RAM.
Seems like it's recreating the cache each time.

I can confirm I have the same experience on a different machine, (a DELL
1525), with a different distribution of Ubuntu (Lucid Lynx).
The behaviour is the same on this machine when using the pyglet video
player example and the Bruce test videos. Audio stutters and frames are
slow/totally freeze.
I can also confirm this on my Dell Inspiron 6400 with an ATI Mobility
Radeon X1300.

Just a note that the buttons now work, they started to work a few days
after I posted the bug. So something that came through in an update must
have fixed them! :) Yay!
The weird OSD still shows up - but it's not really a problem - since the
buttons for DPI Up/Down now work fine.

I do have the t410 with the nVidia GPU. I experience the faulty USB-
behaviour after resume from suspend with the actual 2.6.32-22 Kernel. I
also installed the new 2.6.34 mainline build. But this won't even boot.
