* using the vesa driver instead of the intel driver
* removing xorg.conf altogether
* turning off DRI

Yesterday when I did 'sudo gnome-power-manager' I got icon, but now it
shows when I'm on battery, but it disappears on AC. I attach another
gdm.log file. I started it on AC and then I unplugged AC (I marked it in
log with text: "HERE I UNPLUGGED AC"). And somewhere later I plugged in

I removed .cache/desktop-couch and .cache/gwibber
Closed gwibber.
Opened it again.
Added the twitter account again (removing and adding didn't worked, I
added as if it was another account, it wasn't added again to the li

It seems in lucid the settings get lost after a suspend/resume. But they
work after a reboot. So everytime i wake up from a suspend i need to run
gpointing-device-settings _twice_ and reset the scroll to button 2.

I faced the same bug on my AMD64 machine while installing lucid. What is
astonishing, that on random occasions the installing process can be
finished. After installing and updating todays language pack, this
happend and crashed my system (NO switching, NO typing possible)
