I've added a check in main.c to switch between the 2D and 3D launcher in
main.c, I didn't noticed the old one. This is based on the "Software
Rasterizer". I guess we can drop the other test in nl_config.c. Also, I

release is completely unusable, however, as EVERYTHING except netbook-
launcher flashes white several times a second (weird random-seeming
blinking). The netbook-launcher displays perfectly, no dead areas,

I can confirm this with current Lucid Lynx.
This happens only when nautilus is managing the desktop, i.e.
/apps/nautilus/preferences/show_desktop is true.

The escape command I was using with latin-1 don't with utf-8 locale:
$ screen -U -e '§½'
Two characters are required with -e option, not '§½'.
(That's the section sign followed by the one-half sign, both on the key
below ESC on my fi keyboar

Unfortunately you even don't specify which version was so completely
broken. However 1.5.1 will come with lot of fixes which will probably
help you.

I have a similar problem which is that network manager tends to forget the
wireless password sometimes. Here is what happens:
1. I am connected
2. I suddenly loose connection
3. When I try to reconnect network manager does not react to my click on the
network name, that is, it does not even try t
This is still a issue on lucid, could someone please have a look if
partimage is in some sync blacklist ?

I'm not able to play any vcd on my drive. I think it is due to difficulty in
reading the vcd format.
When I copied the file in to HD using windows it plays in ubuntu using vlc
player.
But I can not do the same with in ubuntu..
What is the problem?
How can I fix it permenently and easily???
