right side of screen its 1px away from slider.. so to move slider i need
to move mouse 1px away from right side to activate slider.

* Works well on Windows if I use cp437 (bug unusable on Linux).
* Works well on Linux if I use latin-1 (bug unusable on Windows).
* Doesn't work at all with utf-8.

This is totally unrelated with the .desktop file, as already discussed
with upstream. The perl code uses:
open(my $F, ">", "path");
instead of the more correct:
open(my $F, ">:encoding(UTF-8"; "path");
This should hopefully be fixed in the next release.

Just wanted to add that I'd like to leave my windows without titles and borders
to use desktop space more efficiently. I do need bigger area around windows
sides/ends allowing me to change windows size. As I understand this is what
users are asking for, and it can't resolved by adding bigger win
