in the latest development version of Ubuntu - Lucid Lynx. I believe the
workaround is easy & that the regression potential in upgrading a core
component such a

the library from /usr/lib/engines to /usr/lib/ssl/engines but obviously
somethings gone wrong and the library location hasnt changed, causing
