After some research (I'm not more than a advanced user) I created a file
~/.pulse/daemon.conf with the options

and restarted pulseaudio. This seems to have silented it. But it's still
only a workaround to keep my user.log clean.

plug-in works excelent there. it seems to be more advanced in general, but I
would still preferre to have a ubuntu approved package like rhythmbox is.

I had the same issue and I was able to solve it by partitioning it
manually and putting /boot as first partition. I could not use the
'search' deletion trick because with lvm+encryption it doesn't even
reach the grub menu (but I had the same error message as in this bug

Update: 20091217 - The issue persists. This morning I experienced

I am having the same issue as leeon. My wireless will work anywhere
from 30 minutes to two hours before disconnecting. The only way for me

UNFORTUNATELY the workaround is not a good idea for a NEW installation
on my netbook. I was able to edit /lib/udev/rules.d/95-devkit-
disks.rules before the installer rebooted into the new system, but as
soon as the system installed the first set of critical and recommended
updates, the filesystem

With the current solution iwlagn often consumes 100% of one cpu.
The error message is " iwlagn :03:00.0: Can not allocate SKB buffers".
See bug 250139. As a result I am looking for an alternative driver again.
Still no response from Jean. Looks like he has better things to do than
fixing bugs.
You probably are running a 64 bit linux. I think those files are 32 bit
only. You could ask AclipseAgent to build the x64 ones for you?
