I used apport-collect-data on the client workstation, I don't know how
useful that is. The print server runs Ubuntu 8.04 and doesn't appear to

The patch went into the kernel.org 2.6.31.7 stable, which was just
released yesterday. Hence it's not surprising that it hasn't made it's
way into Karmic yet.

Yes, I experience this too, it is very annoying. Evolution asks for
seahorsepassword at every holy boot. Internet passwords are not affected
by this (e.g. the password to reach this launchpad).

1) set a new password in seahorse
2) delete the file keyring.login in .gnome2/keyring -->

otherwise parameters won't find there way to the binary and stuff like
