printer and is configured accordingly.
I can have Epson DX8400 (default), Epson DX8400-2, Epson DX8400-3, etc.,

so I need to do the update for you, Alexander needs it for monday and

I can reproduce the bug by starting rythmbox in the original session
(and have it play something) and then try to switch to a guest session.

I can confirm that this affects Jaunty and now Karmic too. I could not
connect to the U of I VPN until I removed "require-mppe" via opening
gconf and going to system->networking->connections->1->vpn. I right
clicked "require-mppe" and selected "Unset Key". After this the VPN

I tried to insert a sleep after usplash_svga_setmode() in usplash_svga.c
too see if I could get it to stay longer, but I am not sure I am looking
at the right place in the code. I can imagine this is just a feature of
the BIOS svga functions. Maybe the easiest is to workaround this in

I get the same error - see the attachments (err904.txt and d904.txt for
20071011150023.pdf and deso07.pdf)
I am very surprised you cannot reproduce ... did you try to see all pages? My
9.04 crashes on both PDFs, the first one on page 2 and the other on page 8.

That's a separate issue where Canonical have decided to turn off:
/desktop/gnome/interface/menus_have_icons. (something i totally disagree
with)
Going into gconf and ticking the checkbox turns them back on.

I changed /etc/init/mountall.conf to print out the current time before it
execs mountall:

reports the correct values for me.
