I have the Logitech QuickCam E3500 and I am having a few problems with
it. It works fine in wxCam but not Skype (the Test video option just
hangs) or Cheese (crashes). I tried running apport-collect but I'm
struggling to give it the appropriate access to my laptop. Can anyone
help?

that action?
I'd advise you to use NetworkManager to configure your connections, by
setting them in "Roaming mode" in network-admin first. There won't be
much development on network-admin since it's mostly replace by
NetworkMana
Even better: Nautilus' own CD copy feature won't work with ~/.gvfs:

Since PCM via spdif should get send at a fixed clock rate, I think the
computer side might go out of of sync since when it brakes. Just running

It froze again today (twice). After the first time, I killed FF to get
enough memory to run xrestop. The attached xrestop.out and xtop.out are
from that session.

This memory is not given back to the system at any time. Depending on
