For what it's worth, I think this bug deserves a higher importance
rating than "low". USB mice are a pretty important piece of hardware,

This is a f*c*ing nightmare bug!!! This post is for all users who had
this problem and tried to solve it on their own ;)
Preview: I have a laptop computer HP Compaq nx6325 (owners know ;) )
Step 1: Power up my pc, boot in Ubuntu 9.04.(2.6.28-15), headphones
jack IS NOT plug
The next thing to be done here is to test if this bug is fixed with
libc6-xen (http://packages.ubuntu.com/karmic/libc6-xen).
I will test that.
libc6-xen depends on libc6 and says "will be selected instead when
running under Xen. " . Hopefully that means no negative affect if this
package is inst

should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu 9.10 install,
that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't
be addressed as part of this project.

Regarding stability in new amarok 2.2: I have been using the 2.1.80 beta
for 2.2 since release. It's stable.
I see no issue with shipping 2.2 for Karmic, based on the current beta
and the additional fixes to playlist, media devices, and album covers,
which were sorely missed (and/or broken) in ear
One other issue, I use shortcut keys frequently and this dialog has
alt-c assigned to both continue and close. As a result Alt-c doesn't
work for either option.
If this is more appropriate as a new bug report I can open one.
