I am using an Intel Mac Mini, which, for over a year, never had these
problems running Fedora, and I have been having this problem for the
past two months now (using Mythbuntu) so I guess there is something in

I installed the package in intrepid-proposes and, as you can see in the
attached file, I removed /usr/share/jockey/modaliases so that nvidia-
common couldn't find it, then I ran nvidia-detector and the exit code is

The echo issue is from the "preview" or "sample" feature that
automatically starts when the mouse cursor is placed over a file's icon.
This preview feature does not disable when a file is playing. So if I
double click a file named SONG1 it starts to play. Then if the cursor is
