If I delete a file via GUI in krusader it won't disappear from view,
even after refresh via Ctrl+r. Opening a console via F2 confirms that

When you create an object and use gradient fill, after copy/paste, the
program will create on gradient for every copy, which makes loads of
gradients after a while. This doesn't happen when you use duplicate
(Ctrl-D). In 0.4

I figured out what's really going on here - the debconf GNOME frontend
calls lsb_release! No wonder we've been getting so many duplicates.

I think eSpeak currently pronounces "ubuntu" correctly. The command:
espeak -x "ubuntu"
shows the phonemes codes:
u:b'u:ntu:
Is that not correct? The 3 vowels are the same, and the stress is on the
second syllable. This agrees with the pronunciation given at:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ubu
