not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to
a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you
are facing, but
running on a virtual machine would be good, but it may be easier to

Sorry, you are right - not fixed.
I was checking rather simple child document (with no preamble) and spell
checker did ignore \chapter, \section, \subsection, \cite, \caption, \label and
\ref.
However, it completely failes on preamble (even on \documentclass and
\usepackage).

Thanks for the patch and this observation. Are you 100% sure that
video_device_release() is being called twice? I'm unclear that it's
being called in the video_unregister_device() call. I will look into
